1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all graphic design services and packages purchased from MakersLuxe Limited ("MakersLuxe," "we," "us") through this website.
2. How Payment Works
Payment is collected in full, in USD, at checkout, through our payment processor Stripe. MakersLuxe does not store your card details — refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe.
3. Your Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK Consumers)
If you're a consumer purchasing from within the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may give you a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days. Bespoke, made-to-order design work is commonly treated differently under that law, particularly once work has started at your request — the sections below explain how MakersLuxe handles cancellations in practice. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any statutory right you're legally entitled to.
4. Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation shortly after purchase and before design work has started, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible after checkout if you need to cancel.
5. Once Design Work Has Started
Because design work involves time and effort from the moment it begins, refund requests made after work has started are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally limited to the portion of work not yet completed.
6. Revisions vs. Refunds
Each service and package includes a set number of revision rounds. If a delivered draft doesn't match your brief, please use the included revisions first — this is the fastest way to get a design you're happy with. Refund requests based on creative preference alone, where the included revisions haven't been used, may not be eligible.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Completed and delivered final files are non-refundable once all included revisions have been used and the project has been marked complete, except where required by applicable law.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Once issued, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
